Professionalism and passion are the foundations of the teaching method I have used in the many years that aims at bringing people closer to physical exercise and correct nutrition, core pillars of a healthy lifestyle.

A bit about me

Over the years I have tested different workout types trying to give maximum attention to how my body feels. This enabled me to develop unique techniques that helped me maximize results. I believe it is important to share this experience in order to help other people maximize their results too

My goal is to focus especially on correct body functions and on a balanced nutrition in order to achieve efficiency and body health.

All movements that your body makes every day should be smooth, fluid and neat.
If oriented in the right direction, they will improve our quality of life but if we give them the wrong orientation, they will overload the body causing pain and injuries resulting in high level of stress.

Maintaining a healthy mind and body requires time and dedication.
Exercise, coherence, encouragement, motivation and personal development over time are at the core aspects of my concept of health and wellbeing.

My workout lessons will enable you to increase stamina, strength, mobility and speed.
