What type of workout we will be doing

Workout Bodyweight

Use of your own body weight as resistance. When you work out using exclusively your own body weight, you perform accurate movements that suit perfectly your muscular system.

The Bodyweight workout acts on four conditional physical capacities and activates a high synergy between them: strength, speed, endurance and flexibility. At the same time it helps strengthening our coordination skills; fluidity of movements, reaction, ability to manage different combination of movements, balance, ability to move in relation to the surrounding space.

The core aspect is to be able to use your own body in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.

Classes consist of different stages

  • Warming up: gently prepares the body to best face training by gradually increasing body temperature and preparing muscles, tendons and joints to carry out the specific exercises.

  • Muscle conditioning: training muscles by using a variety of stimuli in order to improve neuromuscular responses, resistance and nutritional status of the muscle.

  • Coordination skill: performing specific movements in a harmonious, fluid and flexible way.

  • Strength, endurance, mobility and speed: these dedicated exercises are designed to increase motor skills. They focus on repetition of alternating sets of exercises.

  • Mobility and Stretching: These exercises aim at relieving any kind of tension improving muscle flexibility and joint mobility.
