Public parks, beaches, mountains and roads offer a perfect location for carrying out your outdoor training activities in the best possible way.

Places with benches, long and short stairways, climbs and descents, obstacles, as well as walls to climb and jump are ideal for this purpose.

What does a typical group lesson look like

You will face different training sessions and paths to follow.

Many exercises will be performed in tandem or in a group of max 4 people.

Every station or trail will be accomplished involving what we will find around us (climbs and descents, walls, bars, benches, stairways), carrying out only bodyweight exercises or using small tools (obstacles, skittles, ropes, speed ladders, mini bands, super bands, resistance bands, small weights).

A totally functional training that focuses on cardio workouts based on strength, resistance, articular mobility, flexibility and coordination.

We will define and check the number of sessions (set) and repetitions (rep), the circuit laps, the time under tension and the final muscle cool-down phase.

Classes are 60 minutes long.
